Tiki Grip & Electric wants every producer, coordinator and crew member to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.

What Standard Does This Website Follow?

We hold this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Those guidelines cover color contrast, text alternatives for images, clear headings, labeled form fields and the ability to move through every page with a keyboard alone.

What Have We Done So Far?

We test every page with automated tools and fix what they find. Each page has a skip link that jumps straight to the main content, one main heading, and a logical order of headings after it. The contact form fields are labeled, photos carry descriptive alternative text, and icon links such as Facebook and Instagram have names a screen reader can read out.

The equipment lists on the truck package page work with a keyboard, one tab at a time. We also checked the colors on buttons and links so prices and rental terms stay readable for people with low vision.

What About Content From Other Companies?

A few parts of the site come from outside services. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam, the contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and the blog runs on separate blogging software. We do not control how those services are built. If one of them gets in your way, tell us and we will help you by phone or email instead.

Is Anything Still Being Worked On?

Yes. The rental agreement and the sample certificate of insurance on the downloads page are PDF files, and they may not be fully accessible yet. If you need either one in another format, ask and we will get you the same information in a way that works for you. We keep testing as pages change.

How Do You Report a Problem?

If anything on this website is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us which page you were on and what happened, and we will work on a fix and get back to you.
